Kareem Yusuf is the General Manager of Watson IoT, an IBM Business Unit focused on helping Clients in Asset-intensive industries as they Maximize Value from their Connected Assets, leveraging Insights & AI.

Kareem has been with IBM for 20 years and has held leadership positions in a variety of disciplines across IBM. These have included Offering Management, Software Development, SaaS Operations, Mergers & Acquisitions and Field Technical Sales. Kareem has a Ph.D from the University of Leeds, focused on Decision Support Systems for Civil Engineering construction. He maintains an active interest in all things technical, with a particular interest in digital media and programming languages. He is a TED Speaker and also the author of “Enterprise Messaging Using JMS and IBM WebSphere".

With more than 25 years of leadership in software and services, Mr. Berti provides critical direction on offering features and launches, including key metrics like customer satisfaction, accessibility, revenue and profitability. As an innovator, Mr. Berti has launched numerous products that transformed entire industries. Prior to joining IBM, he led Oniqua (now an IBM company) into a rapid-growth cycle and continues to lead the IBM Maximo Inventory Optimization product offering.

Mr. Berti received a B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems at Ohio State University. He is a frequent speaker, most recently at IBM THINK 2019 and WW IoT Evolution.

Dibbe Edwards,Vice President of IBM Watson IoT Continuous Engineering Offering Management is responsible for the executive leadership of IBM’s Continuous Engineering Offering Strategies. Dibbe owns the portfolio covering the full product lifecycle management including reporting, SaaS-based offerings, quality and requirements management, systems development, architecture management and integration through open software. Dibbe is leveraging her development expertise to drive IBM’s DevOps transformation through continuous software delivery activities and on-going transparent development in jazz.net.

Shalini is IBM Distinguished Engineer for TRIRIGA Building Insights- an AI Enterprise SaaS Offering. She leads AI Guild for Watson IoT where she is helping her organization in infusing AI across all offerings. Shalini is also Director for engineering, support and services of Watson IoT Labs at India.

She holds 12 patents and has co authored 4 IEEE papers.
