Overview
This Strengthening Feedback course is specially designed to provide and reinforce quality feedback at all levels within an organization, based on the ten most relevant points to take into account and the importance of having an internal monitoring process for all human capital.Build the ideal feedback model by using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
Objectives
- Identify the 10 most important points to consider when providing feedback.
- Understand the importance of providing constant feedback through shared metaphors and stories.
- Build rapport as part of the conversation while delivering both, positive or negative feedback.
Audience
- Individuals or companies who want to change their Quality Service processes to improve and exceed the experience of their customers
Prerequisites
- Students must have at least 15 LEGO blocks which can include figures.
- Good communication skills, desire to redesign existing practices, introspection, awareness that this is probably the most important part of an organization and that there are millions of areas of opportunity to improve, excellent disposition, openness, and humbleness!

- Construction of the tower
- Following instructions vs. metaphors
- Giving meaning to the model
- Sharing the stories
- Construction of individual models which reflect the possible cause
- Construction of individual models showing a solution or proposal
- Explain each and every point in detail to the audience, no building required
- It should be a frequent process.
- Feedback should be something systematized or established as a norm.
- It is not a debate.
- It must be based on facts.
- The ideal process is face-to-face.
- You must give feedback on things that the other person can change.
- It should be given about who is present.
- It must be timely.
- It should be done with the intention of helping, not punishing.
- Feedback should be used as a common action within our improvement processes, both personal and group.
- Construction of individual models with at least one of the points described above
- Construction of a shared model which includes all the points chosen by the participants
- Construction of an individual model of everything that prevents the aspirational model take place in the real world
- Modification and destruction of the shared model through the agents created
- The task is to rebuild the aspirational model to verify that participants were really working as a team with the same goals and mission in common
- Construction of individual models based on their commitments, considering their beliefs
