  LearnQuest will invoice Employer upon completion of the class. Employer will pay the invoice NET 30 terms. Taxes may apply and will be included on the invoice.
  
  NOTE: In the event of past due amounts, LearnQuest shall be entitled to a 1.5% monthly service charge, as well as, the right to collect reasonable attorney fees, court costs, interest, and collection agency fees incurred in the collections process. Past due accounts may delay or restrict class registrations.
  
  Any terms or conditions specified on or referenced within an ordering document, including but not limited to a purchase order, shall have no force or effect, and in no event shall LearnQuest's performance of services or provision of products constitute acceptance of any such terms or conditions.
  
  LearnQuest reserves the right to change dates, courses and fees regarding its public schedule; all enrolled students will be notified. LearnQuest assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other related expenses incurred as a result of class cancellations.

employees will not be charged a class cancellation fee if they cancel class attendance 14 or more calendar days before the class start date.

If the employee cancels class attendance less than 14 calendar days prior to the class start date, they may be charged up to 50% of the course price.
