Overview
This LSS Black Belt Training course is designed to provide students with a detailed level of knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, including statistical and analytical tools plus becoming proficient in team building and project management, process definition & analysis and statistical skills associated with Black Belt role in leading DMAIEC projects (Minitab-based).Objectives
Upon completion of the Black Belt Training course, students will be able to:
