AI Workforce Enablement
AI Actually.
by
Turn AI tools into measurable capability for your organization.
Build AI capability around the tools you have invested in and the work your people do. We establish a baseline your management approves, equip leaders to reinforce new skills, and measure how task performance changes.
Start with a no-obligation conversation about your AI rollout and workforce priorities.
You've invested in AI tools. Are you actually getting results?
Most organizations can report how many people have access to AI. Far fewer can show what changed in the work. AI Actually is built to close that gap: enablement matched to each role, managers equipped to reinforce it, results measured on real tasks, and deliverables you keep.
Four principles, built into every stage
Role-based enablement
An analyst, a support lead, and a finance manager do not get the same curriculum.
Manager reinforcement
Managers get the tools to keep new practice alive after training ends.
Task-performance measurement
Real work, assessed before and after on criteria we agree with you.
Deliverables you keep
Findings, a maturity score, a manager kit, and a costed roadmap. Yours, whatever comes next.
AI Actually Launch
Know where your people stand before you invest in AI further.
Launch is the standard starting engagement. Over three steps it measures how ready your people are, prepares the executives and managers who will support them, and gives you a sequenced plan for what to train first.
Step 1 · Baseline
Measure where your people stand
A role-based Readiness Assessment measures your people against the tasks they actually perform, and management signs off on the result before anything else runs. That agreement is what makes later results meaningful.
Step 2 · Enable
Prepare the leaders who make it stick
Executives learn what to sponsor and how to read the evidence. Managers leave with a reinforcement routine that fits inside the meetings they already hold, so new skills are applied at work.
Step 3 · Plan
Decide what to train first
A costed learning-path roadmap sequenced by role, ready to become an AI Actually Scale proposal without a second discovery cycle.
What you leave with
Four deliverables that prepare your team for actual outcomes.
Roles and participants in scope are confirmed with you before the engagement starts.
Discuss AI Actually LaunchWhat we measure
Measure the actual progress in the work.
Agree on the measurement criteria before work begins. Then compare relevant work against the same criteria after enablement.
Quality
Does the output meet the agreed requirements?
Accuracy
Is the information correct and appropriately checked?
Total task time
How long does the work take, including review and corrections?
Rework
How much needs to be revised before the output is usable?
Executive dashboard
See real-time AI adoption and track actual improvement.
The dashboard turns your AI goals into something you can track. Each role is scored on a five-stage maturity scale, alongside the task metrics that matters to your team. You will be bale to see progress against the outcomes you set, so decisions about where to invest next, where to hold, and where to intervene are made on actual evidence.

Launch to Scale.
The costed roadmap from Launch is the basis for the Scale proposal. No second discovery cycle, no business case built from nothing.
Scale to Sustain.
A baseline only stays true if it is re-measured, and the tools keep moving underneath it. Sustain keeps the evidence current.
Running several role families at once?
Within Scale and Sustain we can run them as an academy: shared cohorts, governance, and one adoption dashboard.
WHY AI ACTUALLY WITH LEARNQUEST

Role-Based Curriculum Design
Designing learning around what a specific audience does is standard practice at LearnQuest across technology and business subjects, not a method invented for AI.
Instructor-Led and Hands-on Delivery
Live instruction, labs, and applied practice are the formats LearnQuest delivers every week, virtually and in person.
Authorized Technology Training
LearnQuest holds authorized training and partner relationships with major technology providers, so role-based content reflects the tools themselves. See partnerships and accreditations.
Learner Administration and Reporting
Scheduling, enrolment, progress tracking, and program reporting are already in place, so an enablement program does not need new operations built around it.
Managed Learning Services
Where you want the program run for you, Managed Learning Services can take on administration, vendor coordination, and reporting.
Global Delivery Infrastructure
Delivery reaches learners in more than 170 countries through a network of over 5,400 vetted instructors, with operations in nine regions.

AI Actually FAQs
What is AI Actually?
AI Actually is LearnQuest's AI Workforce Enablement offering. It builds AI capability around the tasks specific roles perform, enables the executives and managers who sponsor and reinforce it, and measures how task performance changes against a baseline your management approved before training began. It is delivered in three packages: Launch, Scale, and Sustain.
What is included in AI Actually Launch?
Three components and four deliverables. The components are Baseline (the role-based Readiness Assessment and an AI maturity score), Enable (executive and manager enablement), and Plan (a costed learning-path roadmap). You keep the Role Readiness profile, the AI maturity score, the manager reinforcement kit, and the costed roadmap. The roles and participants in scope are confirmed with you before the engagement starts.
Does Launch include the role-based training program?
No. Launch enables executives and managers and produces the roadmap for role-based training. The role-based learning paths, accelerators, labs, and adoption dashboard are delivered in AI Actually Scale, scoped and priced from that roadmap.
What does management sign off before training begins?
The baseline: which tasks are in scope, how they are performed today, and the criteria that will be used to assess comparable work later. Agreeing this up front is what makes the later comparison credible to the people who have to act on it.
What is the difference between the Maturity Assessment, the Readiness Assessment, and the AI maturity score?
The Maturity Assessment is a free, five-minute conversation tool we use before any engagement to frame where your organization stands. The Readiness Assessment is the paid, role-based instrument inside Launch that establishes the baseline. The AI maturity score is one of Launch's deliverables: an organizational view across deployment, strategy, reinforcement, measurement, and sponsorship. The free conversation does not replace the assessment and baseline work in Launch. Ask about the Maturity Assessment when you contact us.
How is task performance measured?
By comparing the work itself against criteria agreed at the start: quality, accuracy, total task time including review, and rework. Usage data is context, not the measure. See what we measure.
What do managers have to do?
Run the reinforcement routine. That means reviewing AI-assisted work and giving feedback on it, keeping useful habits visible in the team routines they already hold, and surfacing barriers individuals cannot resolve alone. The manager reinforcement kit from Launch is built so this fits alongside their normal responsibilities rather than adding a separate program.
Does it work with our approved AI tools?
Yes. Enablement is designed around the tools your organization has already approved, and practice uses those tools on your own task types. LearnQuest does not license, resell, or deploy AI tools as part of AI Actually, and tool selection stays with you. Tool coverage is confirmed during scoping.
How do Launch, Scale, and Sustain fit together?
Launch establishes readiness, enables leaders, and produces the costed roadmap. Scale puts that roadmap into practice with role-based learning paths, accelerators, labs, manager reinforcement, task comparison, and an adoption dashboard. Sustain keeps capability current through refreshes, coach access, benchmarking, quarterly business reviews, and repeat measurement. Each package produces the basis for the next; Scale and Sustain are scoped and priced from the roadmap rather than quoted in advance.
Is there a smaller way to start than Launch?
Launch is the standard starting engagement. Where you need to build the internal case first, a shorter engagement of three sessions from our Value Selling Series can come before it, covering discovery questions, the cost of inaction, and the business case. It helps you make the case for Launch inside your organization; it does not replace the baseline work Launch delivers. Ask about it when you contact us.
Can LearnQuest support global or multilingual teams?
LearnQuest delivers training to learners in more than 170 countries through a network of over 5,400 vetted instructors. Which languages and regions a specific engagement covers is confirmed during scoping, based on the roles and locations in scope.
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
A LearnQuest specialist contacts you to discuss your AI rollout, the roles involved, and whether Launch fits. Submitting an inquiry creates no obligation on either side.

Coaching guides by role
What good looks like, what to watch for, and the starter use cases worth coaching toward, for each pilot launch role.
Good use looks like
- Scaffolding boilerplate and first-draft implementations
- Generating tests and documentation alongside the code
- Using it for a first-pass code review before a human review
Watch for
- Merging generated code without real review
- Using it to skip learning fundamentals rather than accelerate work
- Ignoring it for routine work like docs and tests, exactly where it is easiest to adopt
Starter use cases to coach toward
- 01AI-assisted scaffolding for new features
- 02Generate unit tests alongside new code
- 03Draft documentation and PR descriptions
