Course Description
Overview
The DASA DevOps Fundamentals course is designed to provide students an extensive introduction to the core Agile DevOps principles defined by the DevOps Agile Skills Association (DASA). This course provides the core education necessary to build your DevOps vocabulary and to understand its key concepts and practices. Real-life case studies, examples and extensive exercises in each module help you acquire a fundamental understanding of DevOps.Why DevOps? Organizations have realized up to 200 times faster software deployment, 30 times increased deployment frequency, and 60 times higher change success rates. The data doesn’t lie. Organizations such as Netflix, Spotify and Facebook are transforming IT by successfully implementing DevOps principles. Improved workflows and faster deployment start with a core understanding of DevOps fundamental concepts by anyone involved in an agile and/or DevOps team.
Note: The DASA DevOps Fundamentals courses include an exam voucher. Exams may be given in the classroom on the last day of class or students may schedule a web proctor to take the exam on their own.
