This course introduces you to the skills, tools, and knowledge you need to support and troubleshoot Apple devices in a large organization as a level 1 or 2 help desk professional, but is open to everyone from IT professionals, to technicians, and even ardent Mac users. Follow hands on guided exercises to gain the knowledge and skills you need to support and troubleshoot Apple devices in your organization.You'll find in-depth and hands on, step-by-step instructions on everything from setting up devices and Apps, configuring security and network settings, as well as general device troubleshooting.
This course also serves as an invaluable exam prep for individuals looking to take the Apple Device Support Exam (SUP-2024-ENU) to become an Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP.) This is a certification that lasts two years.
