- Then, participants will dive deeper into the marketing possibilities with social media, influencers, and company-created content.
- This session will review the ways businesses are using digital tools to sell their products and services.
- Finally, participants will ensure they have a grasp on common issues customers face while interacting with an organization's digital tools and develop strategies for facing those challenges.
- At the end of the course, students will have an opportunity to ask questions and fill out an action plan.
