Overview
Stop thinking and start building through this 'theory free course'!In this Teamwork and Collaboration 3.0 course, students will be able to build the best practices as well as a strategic plan to work effectively as a team since the beginning and in real time by the usage of the Tetramap® methodology and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method.
Objectives
- Identify the various thinking styles that exist within the team.
- Build synergies to reach the common good, to integrate, to communicate better and to start working as a team based on their elements.
- Build individual and collective awareness of why excellent teamwork is necessary within the organization and how it can increase productivity.
- Identify areas of opportunity through their own values and beliefs.
- Know, from a totally practical point of view, the key factors of working as a team.
- Develop the necessary skills to be able to work effectively as a team.
- Create a common and relaxed space of communication that facilitates living the values associated with teamwork.

- Individuals or companies who want to build, redesign, or reinforce the way they are working as a team
Prerequisites
- Students must have at least 15 LEGO blocks which can include figures.
- Excellent disposition and openness along with the willingness to play and share what you build with the entire group!
