ITIL® 4 Specialist: High Velocity IT

In this course, you will learn how to:

• Understand how digital organisations and digital operating models function in high-velocity environments.
• Understand the digital product lifecycle in terms of the ITIL Operating Model.
• Understand the importance of the ITIL guiding principles and the other fundamental concepts for delivering high-velocity IT.

This course is suitable for ITIL Managing Professionals (ITIL MPs) and ITIL Strategic Leaders (ITIL SLs), focusing toward delivering high velocity-IT.
