Position Overview

LearnQuest is seeking a highly organized, process-oriented, and analytical professional to help drive operational excellence across our global organization.

This role will focus on documenting, improving, standardizing, and helping automate key operational processes across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Technology, Delivery, HR, and Vendor Management teams to improve consistency, efficiency, compliance, and scalability across the business.

A key focus of the role will be helping establish the operational foundation necessary for future AI-enabled workflow automation and process optimization initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Document and map operational workflows across departments
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation
• Identify operational inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and duplicate work
• Recommend and help implement process improvements and workflow standardization
• Partner with business leaders to improve operational consistency and accountability
• Help establish operational governance and best practices across teams

AI & Automation Readiness

• Identify operational workflows suitable for AI and automation opportunities
• Help standardize processes to support future AI-enabled automation initiatives
• Work with Operations and Technology teams to improve workflow efficiency
• Support process redesign initiatives focused on reducing manual effort and improving scalability

Compliance & Operational Risk Management

• Help ensure operational processes align with client, partner, security, privacy, and contractual requirements
• Support audit readiness and documentation consistency efforts
• Assist with operational compliance tracking and process governance
• Help improve subcontractor, vendor, and operational documentation practices

Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Develop operational dashboards, tracking mechanisms, and reporting processes
• Partner with global teams to improve communication, process adoption, and operational alignment
• Support cross-functional operational initiatives and transformation projects

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, procurement operations, PMO, business operations, compliance, or related areas
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations
• Strong documentation, analytical, and organizational skills
• Experience creating process maps, SOPs, and operational workflows
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with workflow automation, ERP, procurement, or operational platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with AI-enabled workflow optimization concepts is preferred
• Experience with compliance, audit readiness, security, privacy, or governance processes is a plus
