Flexible Time Off
Paid Time Off (PTO).
We believe time away from work is essential for maintaining balance, well-being, and long-term success. Our PTO program provides flexibility for vacations, personal needs, appointments, illness, and unexpected events.
Employees begin accruing PTO on their first day of employment. Accrued PTO becomes available for use in the first pay period following completion of the introductory period.
