Q: What is LearnPass?
A: LearnPass funds may be used to obtain most education products and services offered by LearnQuest. LearnPass may only be used to acquire products and services at the list price, effective at the time the relevant product or service is ordered and may not be used for any product or service subject to a discount or a promotion when it is acquired. The list price will be reduced by applying the LearnPass discount specified at the time of the LearnPass purchase. LearnPass funds are valid for a period of 12 months from the date the order is accepted by LearnQuest. Additionally, products must be acquired and services used prior to the end of such period.

LearnPass funds will be suspended if payment is not received per the terms of payment on the invoice.

Q: How does it work?
A: LearnPass functions as prepaid funds to be applied to invoices for LearnQuest service offerings. The account amounts can be allocated in customer-designated values with the applicable discount pre-applied. LearnPass funds cannot be used to pay for purchases that have already been billed or applied to completed courses.

Q: What training services can be purchased with LearnPass funds?
A: LearnPass funds can be applied to the following:

• LearnQuest public enrollment classes
• Most custom private classes, instructor travel and living expenses, materials, equipment charges, and room rental as applicable
• Most IBM Authorized Training
• Most Oracle Authorized Training (U.S. only)
• Skillsoft self-paced offerings (U.S. only)
• OnDemand classroom rentals
• Learning Design and Development Services

Q: What discounts do I get based on my purchase amount?
A: A corresponding discount of up to 18% off the retail cost of training services purchased through LearnQuest is applied to the purchase amount.

• Prepay Value $25,000 - $49,999 (12% discount)
• Prepay Value $50,000 - $99,999 (15% discount)
• Prepay Value $100,000 - $199,999 (18% discount)
• Prepay Value $200,000 + (20% discount)

Q: What happens if I need to cancel a purchase?
A: Purchases paid using LearnPass funds are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable LearnQuest cancellation policy. For more information on cancellation policies, please refer to our FAQ page.

Q: If I am entitled to another discount through LearnQuest, can I still use my LearnPass funds?
A: LearnPass is a discount product, and therefore, cannot be combined with any other programs, discounts, or offers. If LearnPass is used for purchases, the amount will be applied against the retail purchase price.

Q: Can I cancel the LearnPass and receive a refund?
A: No. LearnPass is non-refundable and has no cash surrender value. Your LearnPass will be valid for 12 months.

Q: Can I pay for all services using LearnPass?
A: No. Certain services may be excluded from this program. To determine which services or courses are excluded contact us at 1-877-206-0106.

Q: Can I use funds from LearnPass to buy more?
A: No. LearnPass funds cannot be used to accumulate more funds or toward any other discount offerings.

Q: If my company does not use all the LearnPass training dollars can it be extended?
A: No. LearnPass is valid for 12 months.

Q: Do I have to guarantee my purchase with an alternate method of payment if I use LearnPass?
A: If the available LearnPass funds are sufficient to cover the cost of the purchase, another method of payment is not required. However, if the available funds are insufficient to cover the cost of the purchase you may purchase additional LearnPass funds. If certain excluded services are a part of the purchase, another method of payment will be requested, and a bill with be sent for the remaining funds.

Q: Can LearnPass expired funds be extended by making an additional purchase?
A: No. LearnPass funds are valid for 12 months only. Customers must use available funds before they expire for eligible services within the specified time frame. Once LearnPass funds expire, they are no longer valid. Exception: If LearnQuest cancels a service paid by LearnPass funds, the monies may transfer to rescheduled service beyond the expiration date of funds.

Q: Can government customers use LearnPass to pay for purchases and how does that affect their GSA discounts?
A: Government employees may purchase LearnPass at the list price. LearnPass purchases do not have GSA pricing discounts. If government customers use LearnPass for payments, the funds must be applied at the offering's retail price. LearnPass is a discount product: only one discount can apply.

Q: Can LearnPass be used by more than one person in a company?
A: Yes. LearnPass funds may be used by one or more individuals in a company.

Q: How do I purchase LearnPass?

Q: When do LearnPass funds start and expire?
A: LearnPass is activated the day payment is received by LearnQuest, or a start date may be selected of up to 30 days after purchase. LearnPass will expire 12 months from the activation date.

Q: What happens if my LearnPass funds are insufficient to cover the cost of training services?
A: If the available funds are insufficient to cover the cost of the services, additional LearnPass funds may be purchased.

Q: Can funds for a service with a start date after the expiration date of my LearnPass?
A: No. The funds must be valid on the first day of the service.

Q: If a class cancels will LearnPass funds automatically be returned to my account?
A: No. If LearnQuest cancels a service paid by LearnPass, funds will be returned to your account or may transfer to rescheduled service beyond expiration date of funds.

• If a late cancellation charge is applicable and the LearnPass was used as the method of payment, the funds will be withdrawn from the LearnPass account.
