This course is designed for experienced marketers who are responsible for designing data-driven solutions using Marketing Cloud. Students should hold the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist credential or possess equivalent knowledge, and have at least six months of experience using Marketing Cloud. Students should possess working knowledge of Marketing Cloud Engagement components and tools, and demonstrate a solid understanding of basic Marketing Cloud concepts, including data extension configuration, email distribution, and customer journey creation.
