Position Summary
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is to develop and manage Asia Pacific partners, and for the development of direct delivery business throughout Asia Pacific. The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge of the region, its partner landscape, education and IT Training sales, as well as a deep understanding of driving indirect revenue streams and implementing effective partner enablement programs.
The ideal candidate will be located in Singapore, and will primarily work from home.

Responsibilities and Duties

Inside Sales
• Drive business opportunity identification and management and meet sales quotas and other goals. 

• Drive Asia Pacific public and private class revenue, leveraging local partners when available and via direct delivery.
• Enroll students in the public class schedule and/or to sell web-based or self-paced eLearning courses
• Follow-up with the client regarding post-training satisfaction on an informal basis
• Work with Regional Manager on penetration account strategy

Partner Management
• Manage relationships with partners and drive performance to set goals/quotas
• Provide partners and clients with quotes and operational support
• Track partner performance and business goals assistance where required

• Execute all LearnQuest administrative and policy-related responsibilities (i.e. CRM)
• Ensure that every prospect is input into CRM and that their sales report is always accurate and up-to-date

Required Background

Required Background
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
• 3+ years’ experience and proven track record in business development
• Chinese language proficiency required
• Proven success prospecting, proposing, presenting and discussing solutions with decision-makers at all levels
• Ability to work within a team environment and interact with all levels and team members within the organization
• Excellent communication, negotiating and sales skills
• Strong presentation and writing skills
• Ability to listen, establish rapport, build credibility quickly, and clearly articulate a value proposition
• Self-starter with high energy, drive and a positive can-do attitude
• Microsoft CRM experience is preferred
